Product of the Month

This month's best seller came as a surprise to me. I knew the KASHMIR CHUTNEY was good but it flew off the table when I set up for the first fair of the Christmas season. I had sold out in half an hour so it's back to the kitchen to whip up another tasty batch.

What makes it so good? Well for me I think it is the addition of the warming slightly spicy and yet sweet stem ginger which gives it a real taste of the East. One customer went home and "smothered" it on his chicken dinner and messaged me straightaway to tell me it was "absolutely brilliant". So why not check out the shop and buy yourself a jar.

A close second to the Kashmir Chutney was the Orange and Whisky Marmalade. This is such a luxurious way to start the morning, its got all the zing of an orange marmalade with warmth of the whisky. It's not too overpowering and in fact it makes the marmalade even better. Check it out in the store.
